Store Policies


Pre-orders will be accepted between 11/25/22 and 12/11/22 only. Once pre-orders have closed, all orders will be shipped out the week of 12/12/22.

Orders placed after 5:00pm on 12/11/22 will be shipped in January 2023. Please keep the shipping and exchange timelines in mind if you are purchasing items for the holidays. 

Buyers will be notified via automated email once their item(s) have been shipped.

Returns are not accepted. If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will exchange your order for the original item or an item of the same value within 30 days of your order delivery.

Criteria for exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging.

Exchange Process

To start an exchange, you can contact us with your order number by email at we will be happy to address the issue! After discussing the nature of your exchange and confirming the item(s) you are exchanging, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and must pay a $10 restocking fee for the exchanged item(s). 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or paper products that have been written in or altered in any way.
